Run MHP3RD_patcher_v1.6.3.exe and select the ISO as the file. Place the new ISO, MHP3RD_English_Patch_TMO_PS3_5.0.0.zip, and MHP3RD_patcher_v1.6.3.exe in the same folder. Do not extract the patch, but extract the patcher.
